Join Chrissy Saturday, October 24th at 6:00 pm for this 2-hour Fireside Nidra followed by a stone-fired sauna set in a beech tree forest. Surrender to a 75-minute yogic nidra guided meditation to release and restore the body and mind. Then enjoy the Swedish tradition of sauna as we warm our hearts around community and connection.
